Step 1: The assessment
As your Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I will connect you with the simple online assessment which takes about 20 minutes to complete.
Step 2: The debrief
Once the results are in, I will guide you through a 1:1 ELI debrief session. I will debrief your personalised assessment results so that I can provide you with valuable insights for how to take what you’ve learned and actually apply it to your relationships, career, and all areas of your life. We will deep dive into your results and uncover a clear path to awakening your potential and creating a life that is in alignment with your work and life goals.
I am an iPEC certified ELI-MP, and during the debrief session you will be able to ask any questions that you might have. I will be your expert guide through this new information!
Tiffany is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) which was awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organisation dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. Tiffany trained at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
