“Whatever you are, be a good one.” Abraham Lincoln.

I must warn you; this page is all about me, but you can skip it if you like and go straight to your free discovery call, during which I can answer all your questions in person.

It is much more fun that way!

What have I done with my life up to now? Well, after graduating in Business, I spent 27 years as an entrepreneur, mainly in the hospitality industry.

My business experience is solid from the ground up to board level as an executive with international corporations. I have carved my own path in a developing country that presented many challenges, and I loved every minute of my journey despite the difficulties, and I must tell you, the life lessons that I have learned are priceless!

But I was never passionate about any of it. It was interesting and yes! It paid the bills, but it was just a job.

Then life happened and I was forced to make major changes in my life. I had to accept the change that was being forced on me; I had to organise and adapt to a situation that I had zero control over.

It was the most frightening time of my life. It was also the loneliest time of my life, and a lot of self-examination was done, but you know what the golden nugget was?

I was set on my current path and that path has turned into the most amazing adventure ever!

  • I moved country.
  • My kids laid down roots.
  • My family, that was previously scattered all over the world, reunited in a tiny Mallorcan town.
  • I fell in love and got married.
  • I finally discovered my passion in coaching.

“The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little.” Jon Kabat-Zinn.

The change that was forced on me showed me that given the right attitude, even the most tragic situation can turn into something wonderful and that life, however difficult it gets, does carry on and yes! Everything will be alright in the end.

We all have times in our lives when we need some support or guidance from someone outside of our circle. Someone who is not going to judge and whose only interest is showing you the way through.

I know that my journey would have been easier if I had had a coach by my side. I also know that if I had had a coach guiding me, I wouldn’t have had to go the long way round…I would have been able to cut some corners.

So here I am! Stronger and wiser for my experiences and truly passionate about helping others make their dreams come true!

If you have any questions about how I can help you, your free discovery call and let’s have a coffee together.
