So, here's the scoop: after getting my Business degree, I spent a solid 27 years as an entrepreneur, mostly in the hospitality industry. From the ground up to executive roles in international corporations, I've seen it all.

Let me tell you, navigating the challenges of a developing country wasn't always a walk in the park, but I cherished every moment and learned some priceless life lessons along the way!

Growing up as a "third culture kid" in Tanzania, I've gained a unique perspective on the beauty and complexities of diverse cultures. Diversity, equity, and inclusion aren't just buzzwords to me—they're how I live my life. I take pride in creating a safe, inclusive space where you can freely express yourself and dive deep into your own experiences and challenges.

With my prestigious business degree from the University of Buckingham and a successful career under my belt, I bring a boatload of business know-how and leadership skills to the table. But, let me be honest with you, nothing I did in the past truly set my soul on fire. Sure, they were interesting, and they paid the bills, but they were just jobs—missing that sense of fulfilment I craved.

Then, out of nowhere, life threw me a curveball.

It forced me to make major changes, accept the unexpected, and adapt to circumstances beyond my control. It was scary as heck, and honestly, the loneliest time of my life. But guess what? In the midst of it all, I stumbled upon a golden nugget...

That pivotal moment set me on my current path, and let me tell you, it's been an amazing adventure!

Here's what happened:

• I packed my bags and moved to a whole new country, ready to embrace fresh opportunities.
• My kids found a place to call home and put down roots, giving them a sense of belonging.
• My family, who were scattered across the globe, miraculously reunited in a tiny Mallorcan town - talk about special!
• Love found me, and I found my life partner. We tied the knot and embarked on a journey together.
• And the biggest discovery? Coaching. It lit a fire within me, and I found my true passion.

That unexpected twist taught me that even in the face of tragedy, with the right mindset, something wonderful can emerge and that life, no matter how tough, goes on.
